In 2018, Thile organized, prepared and successfully taken my girlfriend and I into the regulated valleys of Nar Phu for a 11 day Trekking adventure that changed my life. He made this trip free of any worries related to documentation and logistics which are technical factors that can create a lot of stress when planning such a trip. Thile truly made us feel part of his family while in Nepal by taking us out to dinner, inviting us to his home and even bringing us into Sherpa community events. He helped us be immersed in traditional Nepalese culture and even greatly contributed to a documentary project of ours. His patience and his wisdom are genuine values that he carries in his personal humanitarian projects. It was a pleasure meeting him and I can’t wait to be back. Thanks again. –
