My community service initiative to improve the quality of life in the remote villages of Solududhkunda Municipality–4, Solukhumbu, was featured in Nepal’s national daily newspaper, Gorkhapatra.
With the generous support of American donors Jonathan Kieper and Christy Elliott Keiper, 50 families received solar water heating systems, providing safe hot water during the cold winter months and helping improve health, hygiene, and daily life for the local community.
Receiving a Certificate of Appreciation from the Honorable Vice President of Nepal during the Centenary (100th Anniversary) Celebration of the historic Chiwang Monastery, in recognition of my contributions to improving the monastery through the installation of a clean drinking water system, a solar water heating system, and modern sanitation facilities.
