In 2002 and 2010 I went on two incomparably beautiful trekking tours with Sherpa Thile Lama. These led to the Everest region and around Annapurna. The tours were well organized and many extra requests were fulfilled. Thile made it possible for me to get in contact with the population again and again so that I could get to know and experience the culture better. These were visits to monasteries, some with religious ceremonies, insights into family life, such as being present when dinner was prepared or demonstrations, shows, folk festivals, and much more. The price-performance ratio was good. All organizational things, such as domestic flights, permits, accommodation, bus rides, were taken care of for me. I am very grateful to him for his helpful and competent support and I can recommend him.
