Mr. Pasang Sherpa is one of the Senior Trekking & Climbing Guides at E.B.C. Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. Born and raised in Solu-Khumbu, the home of Mount Everest, he has more than two decades of experience guiding trekkers and climbers throughout the Nepal Himalayas.
A highly experienced mountain guide, Pasang has successfully climbed Mount Everest twice—once from the Nepal (South) side and once from the Tibet (North) side. He has also guided climbers on several of Nepal’s popular trekking peaks and taken part in many mountaineering expeditions. His knowledge of mountain safety, high-altitude trekking, acclimatization, and climbing makes every journey safe and enjoyable.
In addition to English, Pasang also speaks Japanese, allowing him to communicate comfortably with Japanese guests. He enjoys sharing his knowledge of the Himalayas, Sherpa culture, local traditions, and mountain life, helping every guest enjoy a deeper connection with Nepal.
