Ms. Chhiringma Sherpa is a Female Trekking Guide at E.B.C. Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. She was born and raised in Okhaldhunga District in the Everest region of eastern Nepal and is currently living in Kathmandu, where she is continuing her higher education. She is 22 years old and is studying in the third year of her Bachelor’s degree with Social Work as her major subject.
Chhiringma completed her Government Trekking Guide Training in 2023 and has been working as a professional female trekking guide. She has successfully guided and completed many popular trekking routes in Nepal, including the Annapurna Circuit Trek, Annapurna Base Camp Trek, Manaslu Circuit Trek, Mardi Himal Trek, Pikey Peak Trek, and Poon Hill Trek, along with several other trekking destinations.
In addition to her guiding experience, Chhiringma has completed several professional training courses, including Rock Climbing Introductory Training, Basic First Aid Training, Climate Change and Mitigation Training, Community-Based Disaster Risk Reduction Training, Basic Coffee Training, and a one-year Leadership Mentorship Training.
Chhiringma speaks English, Nepali, and Hindi, making it easy for her to communicate with guests from different backgrounds. She is a good listener, friendly, caring, and dedicated to providing quality service. With her passion for the mountains, positive attitude, and commitment to guest safety and comfort, she is always ready to help make every Himalayan journey with E.B.C. Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. safe, enjoyable, and memorable.
