Welcome to E.B.C. Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or confirming a booking with E.B.C. Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit and send written confirmation.
The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Prices

All prices are quoted in the agreed currency.
Prices may change without prior notice due to government taxes, permit fees, transportation costs, or other unforeseen circumstances before booking confirmation.
Once your booking is confirmed, the agreed price will remain unchanged unless modifications are requested by the client.

4. Payment Policy

Deposits and final payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.
Bank charges, transfer fees, and credit card processing fees are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and the services already reserved.
Non-refundable permits, flights, hotel reservations, and third-party services may not be eligible for refunds.

6. Changes to Itinerary

Adventure travel in Nepal may be affected by weather, road conditions, natural events, political situations, or airline schedule changes. We reserve the right to modify itineraries when necessary for safety or operational reasons.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate personal information.
Carrying valid passports, visas, permits, and travel documents.
Following the instructions of guides and staff.
Respecting local customs, traditions, and environmental regulations.

8. Health & Fitness

Clients must ensure they are physically and mentally fit for the selected trip. Any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements should be disclosed before departure.

9. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and should include:

Emergency medical treatment
High-altitude trekking coverage
Emergency helicopter evacuation
Trip cancellation
Personal accident coverage
Loss of baggage and personal belongings

10. Liability

E.B.C. Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. acts as an organizer and service provider. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure safety and quality, we are not liable for delays, injuries, losses, damages, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather conditions, flight cancellations, strikes, political unrest, or government actions.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, pandemics, civil disturbances, war, government restrictions, or severe weather.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, photographs, logos, graphics, itineraries, and other materials, is the property of E.B.C. Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected during booking or website use will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used only for providing travel services and improving customer experience.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nepal.
